Objective

This Journal starts in 1999 on initiative of Ovidius University of Constanta, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Romania. By this way, is offering the opportunity to communicate and assert scientific results in order to develop the implementation of new technological methods, to support the process of industrial rehabilitation, common in South Eastern Europe Countries and to introduce modern methods of industrial management. In the same time this journal is open to all specialists from other countries and geographical areas to disseminate the results of their scientific research.
